How is postitive feedback dealt with?
Positive feedback can be displayed on the website from time to time, we share all positive feedback with staff within the company.
How is negative feedback dealt with?
Depending on the tpye of the feedback we receive we may only share this information with the staff involved in the care of the service user(s) or service.
We take the safety of all our services users extremly serious, any negative feedback is dealt with in a timely manner from company director level.
Are the support staff experienced?
All our staff have 2+ years of experience in social care here at EMPWR Care. We provide CPD-certified training in-house along with tailored face-to-face training on an annual basis, giving all parents peace of mind knowing their children are in safe hands.
Can members of the public leave feedback?
All feedback is welcome from anyone who might have seen something positive or negative, you can use the form provided on this page. You might not be able to provide a serive users name so please put N/A in this field.
