Fill out our referral form with your information and someone will be in contact within 48hours.

Pre-admission assessment
To ensure the service closely meets the needs of the individual, we will conduct a pre-admission assessment with the service user.

Start your journey
Once admitted, we will assign a Care Co-Ordinator to your care package who will begin planning your support.

We use direct payments for funding support, can we still use your services?
Yes, you can. Even though most of our service users are referred directly to us from the Lancashire County Council we are still able to onboard families who fund their support via direct payment. Invoices are sent directly to you each month instead of to the local authroity.
How long does it take to onboard a new family?
From the moment you get in touch, we aim to onboard and have your support package up and running within 14 days. On rare occasions where hiring of new staff might be required this can delay the process, however, this will be discussed in detail in your assessment meeting.
What are your charges for support?
Every support package is different and not everyone is on direct payments, therefore funding costs might not apply to you as they are already set with the council, if you are paying via direct payment then every package of support is different and costs can vary. Are the support staff experienced?
All our staff have 2+ years of experience in social care here at EMPWR Care. We provide CPD-certified training in-house along with tailored face-to-face training on an annual basis, giving all parents peace of mind knowing their children are in safe hands.
