As standard practice, our service places each individual at the centre of all support packages as one person’s needs don’t match that of the next.
We work hard to remove the limits from our service users, enabling them to participate in everyday activities and tasks that can often be challenging for them. This is achieved with person-centred care planning, a personalised support approach and a highly skilled, experienced and enthusiastic staff team.
Our team are ready to support those aged 4 through to 65 years of age with mild, moderate, severe and profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Packages can focus on social integration and interactions or even to prepare for adulthood with life skills and independence based support sessions in the community, in our respite facilities and in their own homes.
We also support those with a range of associated needs including autism, challenging behaviours and physical impairments.
